125,000 sq. ft. major production workshop, located 50 feet underground in a downtown Toronto site in the basement of a major broadcast centre, includes 20,000 sq. ft. fabrication area, carpentry shop with dust collection system, metal fabrication and welding shop, special effects shop, painting shop with 3 paint booths, vacuum forming shop, graphic printing shop, tools and materials stores, high density storage warehouse, truck elevator, staff workrooms, offices, staff support spaces.
