This 62 unit stacked townhouse development replaces a vacant industrial lumberyard with a mix of two and three bedroom rental units. Though the property is constrained by a rail spur line and a triangular configuration, CGS was able to maximize the site’s development potential while remaining sensitive to the existing context of predominantly single family homes. Clad with a mix of corrugated metal siding and brick, the design references the sites industrial past while still conveying a feeling of home.
